Common Questions
Everything you need to know before choosing your press.
What's the difference between FLUID, AIR, and KWÄD?
The FLUID is a manual hydraulic press (8–12 tons) ideal for R&D and boutique operations. The AIR is a pneumatic press (20 tons) built for 24/7 commercial production. The KWÄD is our flagship 100-ton industrial system with 4-zone platen control and recipe storage for maximum-throughput facilities.
What warranty do the presses come with?
All Access Rosin presses include a Limited warranty on the frame and hydraulic/pneumatic components. Warranty is registered to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
How long does shipping take?
FLUID and AIR presses ship within 1–3 business days from our California warehouse. KWÄD systems require a 2–4 week lead time for final assembly and white-glove delivery coordination. Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 2 PM PT.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We partner with equipment financing providers to offer terms from 12 to 60 months. Approval takes 24 hours and does not impact your credit score during pre-qualification. Tax Section 179 deductions may apply. Use the Financing Calculator for an instant estimate.
Can I upgrade my press later?
Access Rosin offers a trade-in program for all press models. Contact our sales team to receive a trade-in credit toward a higher-capacity model. Upgrade path: FLUID → AIR → KWÄD.
What power requirements are needed for the KWÄD?
The KWÄD requires 480V / 60A 3-phase power. FLUID runs on standard 110V / 8A and AIR on 220V / 20A. A licensed electrician review is recommended before installation for AIR and KWÄD systems.
