The KWAD Rosin Press Patented Internal Flow Design

  • U.S. Patent No. 11,040,510 – Flow Control Rosin Press System
    Covers Access Rosin KWAD® rosin press featuring internal flow control technology and pressure-balanced plate systems designed for solventless resin extraction.
    This patent also protects the use of rosin extraction bags and parchment pouches as integral components of the patented system.
    Within the claimed invention, the bag and parchment form controlled flow channels between the pressing plates, directing liquified resin through engineered paths to improve yield, prevent blowouts, and enhance resin clarity.
  • U.S. Patent No. 11,511,465 – Directional Flow Extraction System
    Protects methods and apparatus for solventless extraction using directional flow principles, including the configuration and operation of rosin bags and parchment paper pouches within the press system.
    The rosin bag and parchment paper assembly are expressly included in the claimed system and method, where their geometric arrangement defines the internal flow channels that guide resin from the press plates to the collection zone.
    This patent ensures that both the press mechanism and the bag/pouch flow-channel combination are covered under enforceable utility claims.

European Union

  • European Patent No. EP 3938197 – Rosin Extraction System
    Protects the complete rosin extraction system, including the press, rosin extraction bag, and parchment paper pouch.
    The patent covers how these components interact to form directional flow channels for controlled resin movement and separation during pressing operations.
  • European Patent Application No. 20719248.5 (PCT) – Flow-Control Extraction System
    International continuation under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), extending global protection for the Access Rosin extraction system.
