ACCESS ROSIN AIR PRESS

Hand-pumping ties up your crew and wears them out by mid-shift. The AIR frees them: double-acting pneumatic force on standard shop air, run from a 4.5″ touchscreen that holds ±1°F and ±1 psi across every 2–6 minute cycle. Repeatable batches all week, no arm required.

In the shop

The AIR on the floor in Lake Forest: shop-air power, 4.5″ touchscreen control, no compressor room required.

STILL PRESSING
AT CLOSE.

Every part on this press is picked so the last batch of the day comes out like the first. No tired arms, no drifting temps.

01

Double-Acting Pneumatic

A 6″ bore, 4-stage tandem cylinder delivers up to 8 tons off the shop air you already have (≈6.8 tons at 120 psi). Your operator sets it and steps back while the machine does the pushing. Nobody's arm gives out before the batch does.

02

±1°F / ±1 psi Precision

F.C.T. software holds temperature and pressure within a single degree and a single psi at steady-state hold, so your 8am press matches your 4pm press. No guessing, no drift.

03

4.5″ Touchscreen Control

Run it manually or program 2–6 minute cycles and save up to 20 recipes. Every batch presses the same whether it's your best tech or the new hire running it.

04

CNC-Milled Steel Frame

Milled from steel in the USA and finished in semi-gloss powder coat or anodized, so it shrugs off shop abuse and wipes clean. The press you buy this year is the one you're still running in five.

05

46 in² Heat Plate

A single generous pressing surface sized for real production runs, held flat and even so every press lands the same across the plate.

06

Safety Features

Pressure relief valve, emergency stop, and thermal cutoff mean your crew can run it all shift without worry. Quality electrical components throughout, so it keeps passing inspection.

Production technique: two-bag pressing

Soil To Oil demonstrates the two-bag method that the AIR's 46 in² plate and recipe storage make repeatable shift after shift.

The Collection Path

Off the heat, into the cylinder.

Cone plates and a central drain pull your extract off the hot plate the moment it flows, down through the Flow Control bag and into a front-mount collection cylinder seated against the plate. Less time on the heat, less surface open to the room.

Off the Heat Fast
Gravity removes the extract from the hot plate as it mobilizes, instead of leaving a thin film to keep cooking.
Seated & Coolable
A single point-discharge into a cylinder that can be actively cooled. First human contact can happen after it's already in its container.
A Closed Path
A functionally closed collection path: not sealed or hermetic, but far fewer open steps than an open flat-plate press. U.S. Pat. 11,040,510 / 11,511,465.
The Production Standard

Press every day, batch after batch.

Your operator hooks up the shop air, sets both plates to ±1°F on the touchscreen, taps a saved recipe, and steps back. The cylinder does the pushing all day. The 8am batch and the 4pm batch come out the same, and nobody's arm gives out first.

8 tons of double-acting pneumatic force on shop air and a dedicated 15 A, 110–120 V circuit, run from a 4.5″ touchscreen, built by the same team that builds your wash line, one shop in Lake Forest, California. Talk to an engineer and we'll spec it to how you run. Wash and press from one team. See the WES system →
