PROCESSCHILLERS

Ice melts, and as it melts your wash temperature drifts. A closed-loop chiller holds a steady temperature through the whole run — no ice to buy, haul, or store, and no dilution between the first pull and the last. Pick the capacity that matches your line.

From $9,101 — starting price across the chiller lineup.

Steady Cold, Without the Ice

A chiller replaces bagged ice with a sealed refrigeration loop. Instead of chasing temperature down as ice melts, you set a target and the chiller holds it — so your separation comes out the same batch after batch. Three chiller families cover everything from a single wash vessel to a full commercial line.

01

AR Air Cool

From $17,975glycol · 3-phase

Our glycol chiller line, built for facilities on three-phase power that want a closed-loop cooling circuit sized to the room. The glycol loop lets you push colder, steadier temperatures than an air-cooled unit. Available in 5, 8, and 20 HP.

02

MTA-USA

From $17,895air-cooled

Air-cooled process chillers from MTA-USA, offered in 8 and 10 HP and a 13-ton capacity for larger commercial lines. Air-cooled means there's no glycol loop to charge or maintain. Available in 8 and 10 HP and 13 Ton.

03

AG Chill

From $9,101air-cooled

The value-tier chiller line, scaling from 2 all the way to 20 tons — the widest capacity range in the lineup, so you can match cooling to almost any facility footprint.

Why Closed-Loop Cooling Earns Its Place

Access Rosin closed-loop process chiller unit
01

No More Ice Runs

Stop buying, hauling, and storing bags of ice. The refrigeration loop is sealed — your crew starts the wash instead of running to resupply.

02

Steady Temperature

Ice drifts as it melts. A chiller holds your set temperature from the first pull to the last, so the grade you pulled this morning is the grade you pull tonight.

03

Sized to Your Line

From a 2-ton unit for a single vessel to 20-ton and 20 HP capacity for a full commercial room — the chiller is matched to your volume, not the other way around.

04

Pairs with the Wash Line

Feed a chiller into the Pro Iceless Kit or the Smart Agitator wash system and run cold, controlled water through the whole cycle.

Add the Glycol It Runs On

Glycol chillers circulate a propylene-glycol heat-transfer fluid. Add it to your order so the loop is ready to charge on day one.

Common Questions

HP vs Ton — how do I read capacity?

Both are just units of cooling capacity — a way to describe how much heat a chiller can pull. You don't have to convert between them: read them the same way you'd read any capacity rating, where a larger number means more cooling. Across our lineup you'll see HP on some models and Tons on others; either way, bigger is more capacity.

Glycol vs air-cooled — which do I need?

The AR Air Cool runs a glycol loop on three-phase power — a good fit when your facility already has three-phase service and you want a closed cooling circuit sized to the room. The MTA-USA and AG Chill are air-cooled, so there's no glycol to charge or maintain. If you'd rather skip the glycol side entirely, an air-cooled unit is the simpler path.

How is a chiller sized?

Our engineers size the chiller to your vessel volume and target temperature. Tell us how much water you're cooling and how cold you need it, and we match the capacity, voltage, and options — then return pricing and lead time.
