SPINFLOW SEPARATOR
Add the separation stage that recovers more usable material from every wash. It pulls the fine material out of the source material and pairs with the Smart Agitator wash line, so what you washed for ends up in the collection, not down the drain.
Through the sight glass mid-cycle: the vortex pulling fines out of suspension so they end up in the collection, not down the drain.
Wash alone leaves usable material on the table. The Spin Flow Separator is the stage that goes after it: vibration sieve separation that recovers more of what you washed for, then hands it off clean to the next step.
Stop Sending Usable Material Down the Drain
The Fines You Already Paid to Wash, Recovered
More usable material out of every wash you already ran
The sieve tank and pneumatic vibrator pull the fine material out of the source material, so more of every wash makes it into your collection instead of washing away. You already paid the labor and the water to produce those fines, and this is the stage that keeps them. It is a 30-inch-diameter 316 stainless vessel with a false-bottom filter plate, a 2" ball drain valve, and a pneumatic vibrator that drives the sieve. Designed, built, and assembled by one team in Lake Forest, California.

Rolls Into Your Line Without Re-Plumbing a Thing
Built to pair with the Smart Agitator wash system
You do not tear apart your process to add it. Wash with the Smart Agitator, and the Spin Flow Separator takes it from there, pulling fine material from source material as the next stage, because it was designed by the same California team to sit right beside the wash line. It rolls in on casters and starts working the line you already have.

More Usable Output
Vibration sieve separation pulls fine material from source material, so you recover more per wash.
False Bottom Protects Bags
The SS316 false-bottom filter plate keeps flow moving and stops bag damage during separation.
Pairs with the Smart Agitator
The separation stage of the wash line. It drops in with the Smart Agitator system.
316 SS, CIP-Friendly
316 stainless holds up to clean-in-place protocols and continuous use.
Three-Phase or Single-Phase
Run 220V three-phase or single-phase with VFD. Power for any facility footprint.
Mobile, Damped, Shakeproof
Four shakeproof casters and damping springs let you roll the unit between stages without disrupting the line.
Why the False Bottom and the 316 Vessel Earn Their Place
The false-bottom filter plate does two jobs at once: it keeps water and flow moving so the sieve never chokes, and it holds the fines off the drain so your wash bags don't take the abrasion and the damage during separation. The plate wears, not your consumables. The whole vessel is 316 stainless, the more corrosion-resistant grade, so it stands up to clean-in-place protocols and continuous daily runs without pitting or staining. And because the same California team designed it to pair with the Smart Agitator, wash on one and separate on the other and you have a continuous, mobile line, not two mismatched machines you're forced to bridge with hose and hope.

Built to OrderWatch a wash finish and then keep going: the vibrator hums, the sieve works the fines loose, and material that used to disappear down the drain lands in the collection instead. Open the 2" valve, the water runs clear, and you roll the unit to the next stage on its casters. Nothing re-plumbed, nothing wasted. Just more of what you washed for, every single run.
