Load the Sieve
Load WPFF onto the SS316 false-bottom sieve inside the tank
Engage Vibration
Run the pneumatic vibrator (20 PSI AFR) to separate resin from material
Drain the Water
Open the 2" ball valve to drain water cleanly from the tank
Collect & Roll
Collect separated resin; roll on shakeproof casters to the next stage
Three-phase or single-phase?
The unit ships as direct 220V 3-phase, or single-phase with a VFD (variable frequency drive) for facilities without three-phase service. Choose your phase in the configurator above.
Basket vs. plate false bottom?
Both are SS316. The basket false bottom lifts out for easy collection and cleaning; the plate false bottom is a fixed filter plate optimized for filtration efficiency. Pick the one that fits your workflow — price is identical.
Do I need an air compressor?
Yes. The pneumatic vibrator requires a 20 PSI AFR (air-filter-regulator) connection to drive the sieve separation process.
Does it work with the Smart Agitator?
Yes — the Spin Flow Separator is the dedicated separation stage of the wash line. Wash with the Smart Agitator, then separate resin from material with the Spin Flow Separator.
