Two presses usually means two footprints and two operators. The DUAL puts twin 6×10" platens and four independent heat zones in one frame, so one operator can run two batches at two temperatures at once, without doubling floor space or headcount.

Two Presses in One Footprint
Independent zones let you run different materials, grades, or temperatures side by side.
Dual-Zone Independence
Press washed material at 170°F on one platen and botanical material at 200°F on the other. The two zones don't share heat.
Two Batches at Once
Twin 6×10" platens, 25 tons each (50 tons combined), let one operator run two batches side by side.
4-Zone PID Control
Four independent fuzzy-logic PID controllers hold every quadrant on-temp.
Manual Hydraulic Control
Hydraulic control you can feel, with direct pressure feedback. Optional BVA P352 or P1000 pumps.
Seven Finishes
Black, Red, Blue, Gold, Green, Purple, and Polished Aluminum chassis options.
Built to Last
A powder-coated steel H-frame carries the load, while precision-milled 6061-T6 aluminum platens spread heat evenly across the plate so the whole pressing surface holds temperature.

Off the heat, into the cylinder.
Cone plates and a central drain pull your extract off the hot plate the moment it flows, down through the Flow Control bag and into a front-mount collection cylinder seated against the plate. Less time on the heat, less surface open to the room.
