Products
The right press depends on your scale and needs:
- FLUID (20 tons): Perfect for startups, R&D, and boutique operations
- AIR (20 tons): Industry standard for commercial facilities processing daily
- KWÄD (100 tons): Industrial scale for high-volume operations
Contact our sales team for a personalized recommendation based on your specific requirements.
Micron selection depends on your material and desired quality:
- 25-37 micron: Best for sieved material, fine particulate, and washed material (premium quality)
- 90-120 micron: Ideal for fresh frozen material
- 160+ micron: Higher output, good for further processing
Try our cost-per-gram calculator or check our micron guide for more details.
The Pro Ice-Less Kit is optional but highly recommended for commercial operations. It eliminates the need for bags of ice by using a multi-stage heat exchange system to achieve optimal 28°F water temperature. This saves on ice costs, reduces labor, and provides more consistent temperatures throughout your wash cycles.
Wash bags are used during washed-material production to filter fine particulate from source material in cold water. They're larger (45-gallon capacity) and designed for the Smart Agitation system.
Rosin bags are used inside the press to contain material during pressing. They're smaller, designed to fit various plate sizes, and prevent source material from mixing with your rosin.

Technical Support
Power requirements vary by model:
- FLUID: 110V / 8A (standard outlet)
- AIR: 220V / 20A (requires dedicated circuit)
- KWÄD: 480V / 60A 3-Phase (industrial power)
Installation guidelines are provided with each press. We recommend consulting with a licensed electrician for AIR and KWÄD installations.
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance:
- Daily: Clean platens, check for debris
- Weekly: Inspect hydraulic fluid levels (FLUID/KWÄD)
- Monthly: Check pneumatic connections (AIR), verify temperature calibration
- Annually: Professional service recommended
See your equipment manual for detailed maintenance schedules. We also offer preventive maintenance programs for commercial facilities.
To clean rosin bags for reuse:
- Immediately soak used bags in ice water after pressing
- Agitate gently with gloved hands to release resin
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water
- For stubborn resin, pre-soak in 90% isopropyl alcohol for 10 minutes
- Air dry completely before storage
With proper care, quality rosin bags can be reused 3-5 times.
