PLC Control System
Dial in a full cycle once (pressure ramp, hold time, release) and save it as a named recipe on the touchscreen. Your best run becomes the run everyone gets, so training a new operator is picking a recipe, not learning a feel.
Data Logging
Every cycle logs timestamp, temperature, pressure, and duration to USB. When something's off you have the record to find out why, and when it's right you have the proof to repeat it.
Dual-Platen Heating
Each platen holds its own PID and hits temperature in under 4 minutes, so the line is producing sooner after startup. Auto-hold keeps both plates steady the whole run, so the first batch matches the last.
Auto-Cycle Mode
Queue several cycles and the press runs them on its own, freeing your operator to load, unload, and pack instead of standing on a lever. Timing stays identical batch to batch.
Safety Interlocks
Dual-hand operation, a light-curtain sensor, emergency stop, pressure relief, and over-temperature shutdown keep your crew and your machine protected on a 100-ton press. Peace of mind on the floor and cleaner passes with the inspector.
Industrial Frame
A welded steel H-frame with powder-coat finish is rated for continuous commercial production, so it takes daily industrial duty without flexing or fatiguing. Leveling feet and an optional caster kit let you place it where the line needs it.
