SPIN FLOWVIBRATOR

Hand-sieving is slow, uneven, and rough on delicate material — and no two operators shake a screen the same way. This vibrating sieve separator does the grading for you: set the frequency, stack your screens, and get clean, repeatable fractions every pass. Food-grade parts, stackable sieve trays, and variable speed control.

One machine that handles several jobs in your separation workflow.

ONE MACHINE,
EVERY SEPARATION JOB

01

Washed-Material Separation

Grade fine material by size through stacked micron screens and get clean, sorted output in one run — without the hand-agitation that shears delicate material and drags out the clock.

02

Fine-Material Separation

Sieve and collect fine material from dried source material at a frequency you set once. Same vibration every run means the grade you pulled last batch is the grade you pull this one.

03

Dry Sifting

Stack up to 4 sieve trays in descending micron order and pull multiple graded fractions in a single pass, instead of running the material over and over by hand.

The frame and screens are food-grade 304 stainless — chosen because it resists corrosion and wipes clean, so the surfaces your material touches stay sound wash after wash.

How to Use

  • Stack sieve trays in descending micron order, coarsest on top and finest on bottom.
  • Load material onto the top sieve. Don't overfill; keep it under 2" deep per layer.
  • Set the frequency on the dial. Lower for delicate fine material, higher for dry sift.
  • Run for 2–5 minutes, then collect each graded fraction from its tray.
Round Out Your Line

Add the Spin Flow Vibrator for faster, more consistent separation.

Stack the screens, set the dial to yesterday's frequency, and walk away for four minutes — then lift off each tray to find every fraction already graded and waiting. Food-grade 304 stainless, variable 0–100 Hz, up to 4 stackable sieve trays. Designed and built by one team in Lake Forest, California, and backed by a 1-year limited warranty, to pair with the rest of your Access Rosin line.
