The Smart Agitator is Access Rosin's fully integrated, automated ice-water Washing system, engineered to bring consistency, control, and true scalability to extraction. Whether you're a craft producer dialing in a signature wash or a commercial facility running continuous production, the Smart Agitator delivers the same repeatable results — the only variable is how much you run per cycle.

At the heart of every unit is a polyurethane-insulated, double-jacketed 316 pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel tank paired with a precision servo motor and full-surface paddle. Together they agitate the entire vessel evenly, separating and fractioning resin glands with more control and far less mechanical stress than a traditional vortex wash — protecting delicate resin heads while maximizing yield. Every unit runs on W.E.S. (Water Extraction System) software by Access Rosin through a 7" touchscreen, putting agitation cycles, wash sequencing, water flow, and live monitoring under automated, repeatable control.

The system is built to do the hard work for you. Resin settles through the filter plate into the lower sphere for clean draw-off through the drain port and sight glass. When the wash is finished, spent plant material ejects into a matched waste collection cart at the press of a button, and the integrated Clean-In-Place (CIP) system handles the wash-down — turning the two most labor-intensive parts of Washing into automated steps. A full sensor suite keeps the entire process monitored and controlled from the touchscreen.

Every Smart Agitator ships as a complete, modular workstation: the smart agitation tank, a platform stairway with handrails and gripped decking, a stationary centrifuge water pump synced through pneumatic solenoid valves, and a waste collection cart matched to the tank footprint. The larger flagship unit adds a gas-spring–assisted lid and an LED-lit glass viewing box that keeps the wash visible throughout the cycle.

Choosing your size. The Smart Agitator comes in four capacities. All four share the identical automation, software, stainless construction, and included components — they differ only in batch capacity, footprint, and water use per wash, so you can match the system to your throughput today and scale the same process as you grow:

​The 290 Gallon model features a footprint of 58" W × 84.8" D and pairs with a collection cart approximately 52" wide. Per-wash capacities for fresh and dried material, along with water usage, are to be confirmed.

Each size runs approximately one wash every two hours and operates on 208/240V, single-phase power (three-phase with the water pump). The 50 Gallon is the compact choice for craft and small-batch work; the 85 and 132 Gallon step up into mid- and high-volume production; and the 290 Gallon is the flagship for continuous, large-scale operations.
