Pre-Folded Parchment Pouches
100% pre-folded directional-flow pouches. Three folds create a 1″ opening that guides rosin to a center catchment — less prep time, cleaner collection, minimal waste.

Half-Folded Parchment Paper
Pre-cut sheets folded once — two quick folds and you're pressing. Flow Control Technology™ geometry directs oil to the center catchment while you stay in control of the fold.

Parchment Paper Sheets
Flat pre-cut sheets for operators who fold their own. Dual-sided silicone coating, heat safe to 450°F, in eight press-matched sizes from AIR plates to KWÄD platens.
Parchment Formats at a Glance
Three formats on the same food-grade silicone parchment — pick by how much prep you want to do at the press.
| Format | Paper weight | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-folded pouches | 55 lb Ultra | Fastest setup, cleanest center collection |
| Half-folded sheets | 55 / 35 lb | Two quick folds, you control the fold |
| Flat sheets | 55 / 35 lb | Fold your own — eight press-matched sizes |
Clean Release, Centered Collection, Every Press
Directional-flow geometry channels oil to a center catchment, so collection stays clean. The 55lb vegetable parchment holds up to 100 tons of pressure, and the dual-sided food-grade silicone (per supplier spec) keeps a clean release with no stick and minimal residue, heat-safe to 450°F. Picture peeling back the fold after the press and watching the pull lift away in one clean piece — pooled at the center where the geometry sent it, nothing stuck to the paper, nothing lost to the corners.
The Workflow
- Fill the rosin bag: load material into a wide-mouth V3.7 rosin bag, then fold and seal.
- Insert the pouch or sheet: the 1″ opening directs the oil flow.
- Press and collect: oil flows to the center catchment, so you peel and collect with little waste.
Three jobs, one sheet.
Parchment is the last surface your extract touches before it lands. Under load it isn't just a non-stick liner — it's doing three engineering jobs at once, and the pre-folded geometry makes the right one the default.
