Micron-graded wash bags for mechanical separation of plant material.

Two constructions. Full-Mesh is screened through the sidewalls and the bottom. Canvas-Mesh carries black canvas sidewalls over a 30 in. diameter nylon silk screen bottom, so the screen area is the bottom only.

  • Nylon silk screen, double-stitched, with canvas top-side protection
  • Reinforced handles
  • Pull-lock collar secures the bag to the vessel rim
  • Color and number micron tag — read the rating without emptying the bag

Ratings. 25, 35, 45, 60, 73, 90, 120, 150, 160, 190 and 220 µm. Stacked coarsest to finest, each bag retains every solid larger than its rating and passes the rest to the bag below.

Set of 10. The ten graded bags from 25 to 220 µm. The 60 µm bag is not in the set and is ordered separately.

Best method is to get a bucket of ice water and keep them freezing and wet so doesn't stick. Rinse at end of day.

If you get a nice agitation with gloved hands, in and out, clean until visibily clean. More aggressively, add a small layer of 90% iso as a first bath to break resin down quickly.
