Every Access Rosin® rosin press and wash system carries a lifetime warranty on the frame and a one-year limited factory warranty on everything else: platens, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, heating and electronics.

We ship with FedEx, and you choose the service at checkout, from ground through overnight. What you pay depends on three things: what the order weighs, where it is going, and how quickly you need it. The exact figure appears at checkout once your delivery address is in.

Local Pickup

If you would rather collect your order in person, choose the Lake Forest pickup option at checkout. We will have it ready at our Lake Forest, California headquarters and let you know when it is waiting for you.

Estimated Transit Times

We ship throughout the United States, and internationally to Mexico, Spain and New Zealand. The transit times below are estimates for US destinations, counted from the day your order leaves our facility; international transit depends on the destination and on customs clearance. Actual delivery times may vary based on your specific location, weather conditions, and carrier availability. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.

Freight Damage

Inspect your shipment before you sign for it. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier collects the order from our facility (FOB Origin), so once equipment is in transit a damage claim is made against the carrier, and the delivery receipt is the evidence it turns on.

If anything arrives dented, crushed, leaking or short:

Note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves, even if the crate looks only lightly damaged. A clean signature makes a concealed-damage claim much harder to win.
Photograph the packaging, the pallet and the equipment before you unpack further.
Tell us in writing within 8 calendar days of delivery, by order request or at support@accessrosin.com. That deadline is set by our Terms and Conditions of Sale; past it, the order counts as accepted as delivered.

Send us the receipt, the photographs and your order number and we will file and pursue the carrier claim alongside you. This 8 day window is separate from the returns window below, which covers undamaged goods.
