Customer Requirements & Pre-Installation Checklist
Before installation can begin, the following site requirements must be met by the customer:
A. Drain Access
- A 2” PVC drain access must be provided either at or above ground level or integrated into an appropriate ground-level drain system.
B. Water Supply
- A non-heated water inlet must be available at the incoming tank location to support system operation.
C. Compressed Air Supply
- A compressed air line must be installed, capable of delivering up to 120 PSI, and must include a female industrial quick-connect fitting.
D. Electrical Power (To be installed by a certified professional)
- A 208V - 220V AC, 20A, 3-Phase, 60Hz circuit must be available at the machine location.
If a chiller option is included, an additional 220V AC, 60A, 3-Phase, 60Hz circuit must be installed at the unit’s location.
If a chiller is not included, the customer must ensure sufficient ice is available on-site for system commissioning.
* All electrical connections must be installed by a certified professional and verified before our team arrives for installation.
E. Chiller Placement & Requirements (If Applicable)
The chiller must be placed on a concrete slab to ensure stability and proper operation.
The chiller must be covered with a canopy positioned at least 6 feet above the unit to protect it from environmental elements.
If the chiller is installed indoors, there must be a minimum clearance of 3 feet on the left and right sides and 6 feet of overhead clearance to allow for proper airflow and maintenance access.
Service Time Frame
Standard Installation: 1-2 business days, depending on site readiness and access.
Commissioning & Testing: Up to 1 additional business day to verify system functionality and performance.
