  • Services: Includes installation, delivery, commissioning, training, repairs, preventative maintenance, and ongoing support.

4. QUOTES AND ACCEPTANCE

All quotes issued by Seller are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. Acceptance by Buyer must be received in writing. Orders are only binding upon written confirmation by Seller.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • 50% deposit due upon order.
  • 40% due prior to shipment or delivery.
  • 10% due upon commissioning or 30 days after delivery, whichever comes first.

Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest. All payments must be made in USD.

6. TAXES

All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer. Seller will collect sales tax unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.

7. CANCELLATION & CHANGES

Orders may not be cancelled or changed without Seller's written consent. Cancelled orders may incur a cancellation fee up to 35% of the total value.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue shall be Orange County, CA. Arbitration may be enforced at Seller's sole discretion.
