Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Introduction
This Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) outlines the steps for cultivating and processing plants to achieve the highest quality resin production. This document will guide you through working with the cultivator, assessing resin glands, utilizing microscopes, pressing flowers, and preserving the product. Follow these procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
Process of using Industrial Solvent-less Equipment
Conclusion
Following this SOP will help ensure the highest quality of resin production, from pre-harvest preparation through to final preservation. Adherence to these detailed steps will promote consistency, efficiency, and superior results in resin extraction and preservation.
Solvent-less manufacturing consist of a 3 part system. The use of a Smart Agitation System to fraction the resin glands from the plant material via an agitation wash cycle. Secondly, it is to take the wet hash from the sieve system and transfer safely into a prepared freeze drier or chest freezer until freeze dryer is ready. After 12-16 hours the dried hash (still preserved live) is ready for the rosin press. As a master solvent-less handbook with 5 Master SOP with all certifications and compliance such as GMP as possible is our main goal for this project. We've in progress of completing the Sop for the Smart agitator in one prompt, yet still have Genetics and Handling, Smart Agitator, Freeze Drying, Rosin Pressing, and Product development SOP to complete each document independently for the Master SOP handbook for Solventless.
